Corporate Events
Corporate henna artist in London
Henna is a memorable, inclusive addition to corporate events, an experience guests genuinely queue for. MehndiMouj provides fully insured corporate henna across London for brand activations, cultural celebrations, product launches, and staff events, with all the documentation venues and procurement teams need.

Insured and venue-ready
Corporate bookings come with the paperwork sorted. MehndiMouj holds public liability insurance and can provide method statements, risk assessments, and disclaimer forms on request, the documentation most venues, event managers, and procurement teams require before a supplier is approved.
That means less back-and-forth for your events team. Request the documents during enquiry and they can be reviewed ahead of the booking, so sign-off is straightforward.
An experience guests remember
A henna station draws people in. For brand activations and product launches it creates a natural talking point and a reason for guests to linger; for staff celebrations and cultural events like Eid or Diwali in the workplace, it signals genuine inclusion. Designs are quick, hygienic, and suited to a professional setting.
Sessions are paced by expected footfall and the hours booked, so the queue keeps moving and as many attendees as possible get a design within the time.

I recently booked Maryyam for a wedding mehndi party and she was so lovely to talk to throughout. We all loved the detailed designs she did for us and the stain came out nice and dark! Definitely booking again for the future.
Maryam was amazing! She was really flexible with timings and guests at both my Maiyoon and Mehndi. Would highly recommend her! She was professional, patient and so quick at doing henna. It was just what I wanted, thank you!

FAQ
Common questions
Are you insured for corporate events and venues?
Yes. MehndiMouj holds public liability insurance and can provide method statements, risk assessments, and disclaimer forms required by corporate venues, event organisers, and procurement teams. Request documentation during enquiry.
How do we book henna for a corporate event?
Email is best for corporate bookings. It keeps the brief, timings, and insurance documentation in one place. Send your requirements and we will quote to your event.
What kinds of corporate events do you cover?
Brand activations, product launches, staff celebrations, and workplace cultural events such as Eid and Diwali, across London and Greater London.
What is in the henna, and how are allergies handled?
Ingredients are disclosed in full and can be sent to your health and safety or HR team on request. The default instant-stain henna is henna powder, water, sugar, lemon juice and essential oils such as clove and eucalyptus. A natural option of henna powder, water, sugar, eucalyptus oil and tea tree oil, with no added dye, is offered to any attendee with allergies or sensitive skin. Both are confirmed free of PPD, the chemical behind so-called black henna, which is banned for use on skin in the UK and EU. Attendees complete a consent form disclosing known allergies before henna is applied, and a written risk assessment is available for your venue or organiser.
How many guests can be seen at a corporate booking?
Around 40 to 50 guests over a three-hour session is a realistic planning figure for a corporate event, using quick guest designs. Sessions are paced so the queue keeps moving, and the figure scales with the hours booked. Share your expected footfall and we will size the booking to it.
Can you invoice us and accept a purchase order?
Yes. Every corporate booking is invoiced, and purchase order numbers can be quoted on the invoice if your finance team needs one. MehndiMouj is not VAT registered, being under the threshold, so no VAT is added to the total. Send your PO details with the brief and they will be carried through to invoicing.
